Outside, there is a Solo Stove, frisbees, footballs, hammock, and more!
Property is sprayed for Mosquitoes every 4 weeks!! Mosquitos are still present but you will not get eaten alive.

Lake Gaston one of the truly outstanding lakes in the country. It is over 20,000 acres of "high quality" water, 34 miles long, and approximately one and one half miles wide at the lower end of the lake. It has over 350 miles of shoreline.
Lake Gaston is well stocked with game fish which include striped bass or rock fish, large mouth bass, crappie, sunfish and several varieties of catfish. Other species of fish sometimes caught are walleye, yellow perch and chain pickerel.
For the boating enthusiast, motor boating, sailing, tubing, water skiing, wakeboarding and jet skiing are all popular Lake Gaston water sports. Public boat ramps are available, and marinas are scattered around the shoreline, offering gas and supplies as well as lakeside dining.
From amazing waterfront restaurants to Outdoor sports rentals, Lake Gaston has it all.
There are three waterfront restaurants; WatersView, The Pointe, and Shady Shack.

We are Chelsey and Edward May. We are a Navy family and have lived all over the US. Ed is from Buffalo, NY and Chelsey is from Morgantown, WV. We have three children and two dogs.
We bought this cabin in March 2022 and spent 18 months bringing new life into this cabin that was stuck in the 1980s. Between our busy weekends of cabin repair, we found time to spend countless hours having fun and making memories at the cabin, on the lake, and the surrounding areas.
